MALDI-TOF mass spectrometric data on Aβ42 aggregation pooled from 5 runs. In the absence of OPP (0 μg/ml), Aβ42 dimers and trimers form. At an OPP concentration of 0.9 μg/ml, only dimers will form. At 90 μg/ml and higher, only monomers exist and no dimers nor trimers are formed.
