In the figure 𝑒̂ is the vector of the edge, Q_d is the diffraction point, 𝑠^𝑖̂ and 𝑠^𝑑̂ are the incident and diffraction directions, respectively, 𝛽^𝑖₀, 𝛽^𝑑₀, 𝜙^𝑖 and 𝜙^𝑑 (𝛽^𝑖₀=𝛽^𝑑₀=𝛽₀) are the diffraction angles and 𝛽^𝑖₀,𝜙^𝑖 and 𝛽^𝑑₀,𝜙^𝑑 are the vectors of the edge-fixed system necessary to apply the diffraction coefficients. All these parameters are explained in [9], because they are the same to the frequency domain case.
