The circuit parameters are 𝐿=6.07nH, 𝐶=1.53pF, 4𝐶_𝑚+𝐶_𝑔/2=7.47pF (where for dimensions 𝐶_𝑔≈14𝐶_𝑚), and 𝐿_𝑚=3.71nH.
