CPW dimensions are central strip width  mm, width of the slots  mm, and length of the line  mm. SRR dimensions are outer ring width  mm, inner ring width  mm, distance between the rings  mm, and internal radius  mm. The extracted circuit parameters are  nH,  pF,  nH, and  pF.
