Examples of individual pulvinar in six control subjects (NC1-6). Tracts (slice level V1: = 16, = −86, = 2) have been thresholded at 20 samples. Red hues demonstrate reconstructed tracts from the right pulvinar, and blue hues demonstrated reconstructed tracts from the left pulvinar. The intensity of color scales indicates the number of samples that passed through that voxel from red/blue (low probability of connection) to yellow/light blue (high probability of connection).
