The concordance correlation coefficient between the estimated and true values of the time courses as a function of noise in the tissue curves for a single set of PET kinetic parameters. If the error is less than 10 times the square root of activity level, then the CCC is greater than 0.75. Once error is greater than this, the ability to faithfully reconstruct the time courses is substantially reduced.
