Three-Dimensional Imaging of Pulmonary Fibrotic Foci at the Alveolar Scale Using Tissue-Clearing Treatment with Staining Techniques of Extracellular Matrix

<div>Pathologic features of the fibrotic lungs of mice with bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis. After 14 days of bleomycin administration, frozen serial lung sections were prepared. Masson’s trichrome staining and immunohistochemical staining were performed for the pathologic features and presence of collagen I, respectively. Scale bar is 100 <i>μ</i>m.</div>
