Impact of NaB on cell cycle progression in v-ras transformants. The S-phase fraction of exponentially growing (10% FBS) cells approximated >34% with a tight mean cellular size distribution (mean: channel 80) as assessed by forward angle light scatter (FALS) measurements. NaB treatment resulted in a G1 block (even in FBS-supplemented medium) and a significantly increased mean size.
