Melanocytes were infected with EVC or with vector expressing . Cells were harvested 4 days after infection and the expression levels of the indicated miRNAs were quantified by qRT-PCR with specific primers (Biosciences) and normalized to the level of U6 RNA. The values represent the means and standard deviation from three independent experiments.
