Results of the proliferation assays. HEK293T cells were treated with different concentrations of Wnt3a. The values of the assays were measured after 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Bars are showing the cell number per well expressed as a percentage in comparison to the untreated control (vertical axis), which was normalized to 100%. All assays were made in triplicate.
