The association rate constant ( ), dissociation ( ) rate constant, equilibrium association constant ( ) and equilibrium dissociation constant ( ) for the interaction of CS with immobilized L-selectin were determined by BIAcore. Standard errors of kinetic parameters obtained were within 15% by tripricate experiments.
