Novel Production Method for Plant Polyphenol from Livestock Excrement Using Subcritical Water Reaction

UV chromatograms of HPLC of (a) the standard reagents and (b) the cattle excrement treated at C. The chromatograms were obtained from the LC/MS system with the reversed-phase column (Tosoh TSK-GEL ODS-80; = 4.6 mm; column length 150 mm). The temperature of column was C. The flow rate was 0.7 mL/min. The UV detector showed the absorbance at 280 nm.
