After 48 hours of incubation, Aegis Ortho and Quick Cure exhibited significantly less sucrose-induced S. mutans adherence (41.8% reduction in adherence, 𝑃=0.004 and 37.7% reduction in adherence, 𝑃=0.01 resp.) than Transbond XT without ACP or fluoride (one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test 𝑃<0.05).
