Decade- and sex-adjusted -scores were calculated for subgroup analysis. Higher scores indicate greater impairment of well-being, anxiety, or depression in GBB-24 and HADS. Higher scores in SF-36 indicate less pain or less impaired functioning. The respective control group has the -score value 0.
