Compared with the CN group, the expression of caspase-3 and Bax mRNA significantly increased () and the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA significantly decreased () in the myocardial tissues of rats in the DM group. In the BPS rats, the expression of caspase-3 and Bax mRNA increased, and the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA decreased ().
