Schematic representation of the fabrication of the electrochemical enzyme-linked immunoassay for the detection of cell-surface glycans. Human epithelial carcinoma cells were captured on a glassy carbon electrode modified with nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes, gold nanoparticles, and Con A.
