. The mean ranking of the sensory scores were determined using the Friedman test. The value in bold represents the sample with the highest mean rank. Friedman test is a ranking system to find the sample with the best sensory attributes. So according to the results sample 706 portrays the best rank. Since this is a ranking system, significance is not calculated. |
