Nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequence for Bombyx mori E(spl)m4 (BmEm4). Conserved GY-box (GTCTTCC), K-box (TGTGAT), and Brd-box (AGCTTTA) motifs were found in the UTR (defined in Leviten et al. [19]; Lai et al. [20]) and are marked by boxes. The sequence also contains two CAAC motifs in the UTR, which are underlined.
