Polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1) expressions in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines. (a) Western blot was used to determine the levels of PLK1 in HepG2 and BCL-7402 cell lines; beta-actin serves as the loading control. (b) Two designed siRNA for PLK1 were transfected to BCL-7402, respectively, and, 24 h and 48 h later, cells were collected. The expressions of PLK1 were examined by real-time PCR.
