(a, b) Total RNA was extracted from C. polykrikoides at 24 h after treatment with 1 mg L⁻¹, 5 mg L⁻¹, and 8 mg L⁻¹ of CuSO₄, respectively. (c, d) Total RNA was extracted from C. polykrikoides after treatment with 0.02 mg L⁻¹, 0.10 mg L⁻¹, 0.3 mg/L, and 0.5 mg L⁻¹ NaOCl, respectively. The 18S rRNA gene was used as the internal control to normalize the amount of templates in qRT-PCR. Results are given as the means of triplicate ±SD.
