Transcripts that are found to be differentially regulated in total lymph node DCs from asthmatic-like versus healthy control mice were analyzed for statistical overrepresentation in “cellular component” GO annotations using a one-sided hypergeometric test and Bonferroni value correction. Only GO terms with a value <0.05 were considered to be overrepresented.
