Insights into the Genome Sequence of Chromobacterium amazonense Isolated from a Tropical Freshwater Lake

Maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree showing the evolutionary position of C. amazonense strain 56AF in relation to other Chromobacterium species. Neisseriaceae sequences were included as the outgroup. The phylogeny was reconstructed based on 22 partial 16S rRNA gene sequences and 1470 sites.
