Expression profile of SlCHRs responding to hormones, salt, and cold tested by RT-PCR. Seedlings of two-week-old plate-cultured plants were treated with SA (1 mM), ABA (50 μM), NaCl (200 mM), and cold (4°C) for 4 h and collected for total RNA isolation. RT-PCR was amplified using gene-specific primers. The tomato Actin (Solyc03g078400) was used as an internal control. Error bars indicate the SE. The same results were obtained in two independent experiments.
