Interrelationships among antibodies against each subunit. Dendrogram was obtained by cluster analysis of the relationships among the antibody reactivities in PBC sera against the individual antigenic subunits of BCOADC and PDC. The cluster analysis was conducted using the nearest neighbor method based on the Spearman correlation coefficients in Table 2 as the similarity indices.
