Cytoplasmatic and nuclear p-65 fraction of Nuclear Factor-κB (NF-κB) and Vascular cell adhesion protein 1 (VCAM-1) expression in mesenteric arteries by western blot and Inmunohistochemistry. In up panel shows the western blot representative membrane in which analyzed anti-VCAM-1-FITC and anti-p65-TRITC, the results were obtained by optic density of the bands revealed for each group. In top panel shows microphotographs obtained by laser ICM 600x of mesenteric tissue.
