IL-2/ administration inhibits Ang II-induced immune activation in splenic tissues. Splenic lymphocytes were isolated and stimulated with PMA, ionomycin, and Brefeldin A and stained for surface markers and intracellular cytokines. The lymphocytes were gated on the CD4+ population.
