Figure 5 showed changes of systolic blood pressure in Dahl rats after UII and antagonist injected intravenously by bolus. UII (1 nmol/kg) was injected intravenously by bolus in SS rats (a), while the antagonist (urantide) (10 mmol/kg) was injected intravenously by bolus in SR rats (b). versus vehicle.
