Assessment of linear correlations of TLR expression: TLR expression on CD4+ cells (values represent % TLR1, TLR2 or TLR4 positive CD4+ cells; each dot represents one patient) was plotted and by linear fit analysis the correlation was assessed. With a weak correlation between TLR1 and TLR4 expression was seen, and between TLR2 and TLR4 expression, but not between TLR1 and TLR2.
