(b) Quantification of the percentages of Th1, Th2, and Treg in lymphocytes of the spleen. Our results demonstrated that significant higher activation of Th1 and Th2 in control group compared with the normal group. Medilac-S treatment decreased the ratios of Th1 and Th2 but increased the ratio of Tregs significantly compared with the control group.
