The IFN-gamma production by splenocytes after activation with 0.1 µg/mL anti-CD3 and when treated with vehicle, 1 µM CGS, and 1 µM CGS plus 1 µM compounds 29, 2 (KW-6002), 3 (KW-PEG), and 4 (preladenant) separately is shown. The IFN-gamma levels were determined in the supernatant one day following stimulation using quantitative ELISA and are expressed as pg/mL. Data shown represent mean ± SEM of triplicate samples.
