Visualization of Inflammation at Early Stage of Lung Cancer in Xenografted Temporally Immunosuppression Rats by Ferrioxamine Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Average pixel density determined by ROI technique of T1w-SE images of cross section of normal rats as a function of time. The ferrioxamine imaging was performed at 20 seconds and then 2, 4, 6, 15, 45, and 60 minutes after injection 50 μmol·kg−1 in tail vein. The results were obtained from the series of experiments indicated in Figure 1 and reported as mean ± SD.
