Visualization of Inflammation at Early Stage of Lung Cancer in Xenografted Temporally Immunosuppression Rats by Ferrioxamine Magnetic Resonance Imaging

<div>Whole body 3D-MRI (MIP) to show the T1w-SE scout view (a), T1w-SE (b), and T1w fat suppression (c) after injection of ferrioxamine (50 <i>μ</i>mol·kg<sup>−1</sup>) at 45 minutes. The anesthetized rats were placed and fixed in a prone position inside an in-house made bed (allowing controlling the temperature at 25°C) compatible with head coil. The section thickness was 2 mm and began from dorsal to ventral.</div>
