Coomassie stained gels demonstrating overexpression of recombinant Atl. The 12.5% SDS-PAGE contains protein extracts of E. coli BL21 cells with pRSETA plasmids expressing either full length or truncated Atl proteins. The odd number labels are cells grown without IPTG and the even number labels are the cells grown with IPTG.
