We examine a class of groups <mml:math alttext="$G$" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mi>G</mml:mi></mml:math>, having a certain growth condition. We given an estimate for the norm of the inverse of an element in <mml:math alttext="$l_l \left( G \right)$" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:msub><mml:mi>l</mml:mi><mml:mi>l</mml:mi></mml:msub><mml:mrow><mml:mo>(</mml:mo><mml:mi>G</mml:mi><mml:mo>)</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:math> in terms of the
spectral radius and the cardinality of the support.
