We consider the class of analytic functions <mml:math alttext="$B(\alpha)$" id="E1" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mi>B</mml:mi><mml:mrow><mml:mo>(</mml:mo><mml:mi>&#x3B1;</mml:mi><mml:mo>)</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:math> to
investigate some properties for this class. The angular estimates
of functions in the class <mml:math alttext="$B(\alpha)$" id="E2" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mi>B</mml:mi><mml:mrow><mml:mo>(</mml:mo><mml:mi>&#x3B1;</mml:mi><mml:mo>)</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:math> are obtained. Finally, we derive some interesting conditions for the class of strongly
starlike and strongly convex of order <mml:math alttext="$\alpha$" id="E3" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mi>&#x3B1;</mml:mi></mml:math> in the open unit disk.
