The Riemannian submersions of a CR-hypersurface <mml:math alttext="$M$" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mi>M</mml:mi></mml:math> of a Kaehler-Einstein manifold <mml:math alttext="$\tilde{M}$" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mover accent="true"><mml:mi>M</mml:mi><mml:mo>&#732;</mml:mo></mml:mover></mml:math> are studied. If <mml:math altimg="$M$" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mi>M</mml:mi></mml:math> is an extrinsic CR-hypersurface of <mml:math alttext="$\tilde{M}$" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mover accent="true"><mml:mi>M</mml:mi><mml:mo>&#732;</mml:mo></mml:mover></mml:math>, then it is shown that the base space of the submersion is also a Kaehler-Einstein
manifold.
