The Critical Adiabatic Linear Tapered Waveguide Combined with a Multimode Waveguide Coupler on an SOI Chip

<div>The spectral responses are insensitivity for the wavelength from 1546 to 1554 nm with the step of 1 nm under the condition of this linear tapered waveguide with a maximum divergence angle <i>θ</i> of 16°/14°/8° combined with the three different widths of a 1 × 1 MMI of 4 <i>μ</i>m/8 <i>μ</i>m/12 <i>μ</i>m, respectively.</div>
