Mucin chaperones are inducible in cultured mouse middle ear epithelial cells. (a) TFF1, TFF2, and TFF3 are barely detected by reverse transcription polymer chain reaction (RT-PCR) in cultured mouse middle ear epithelial cells and are induced by TNFα and RA for two weeks (TR).
