UV-Irradiated Photocatalytic Degradation of Nitrobenzene by Titania Binding on Quartz Tube

The concentration changes of intermediates m-, o-, p-nitrophenol as time changes. The photodegradation processes were operated with 1.626 mM nitrobenzene and 1.0 g TiO2 at pH 7 and 30°C with the air feeding of 150 mL min−1 for 10 h. Inset shows the relationship between pH changes and the total concentration of intermediates (in red line) for the initial 3 h of reaction.
