Component	Specification
ITO glass	0.7 mm thickness, 10 superficial impedance.
Semiconductor electrode	1 g TiO2 nanopowder (P25, Degussa), 4 mL deionized water, 0.1 g TritonX-100, 90 mins, and 400°C heating.
Dye	2.5 mM alizarin yellow.
Electrolyte	0.05 M I2 and 0.5 M KI in solvent with ethylene carbonate and propylene carbonate.
Counter electrode	0.8 g Seedchem ∅=22 nm, 0.2 g TiO2 nanopowder (P25, Degussa), 4 mL deionized water, 0.1 g ELASOL AS, 60 mins, and 400°C heating.
