Effect of Aging Time and Film Thickness on the Photoelectrochemical Properties of TiO2 Sol-Gel Photoanodes

GA-XRD analysis of the different TiO2 sol-gel photoelectrodes. The crystallinity of aged sol-gel is improved in comparison with the gel without aging (0 h). Anatase is the dominant phase in all the photoelectrodes, although a small amount of rutile is also present.
