Cathepsin E and peptide concentrations were 20 nM. Error bars indicate the standard deviations of triplicate experiments. (b) Typical SPR sensorgram obtained from the interaction between paired peptide T4 and cathepsin E. To determine the dissociation constant , four different peptide concentrations were injected. The range from 40 s to 150 s corresponded to association, while that from 150 s to 250 s corresponded to dissociation.
