Differential Expression of Three Flavanone 3-Hydroxylase Genes in Grains and Coleoptiles of Wheat

<table>Expression of <i>F3H-A1, F3H-B1</i>, and <i>F3H-D1</i> in grains and coleoptiles. Respective expressions of <i>F3H-A1, F3H-B1</i>, and <i>F3H-D1</i> in grains harvested at 5 DPA and 3-day-old coleoptiles were investigated with ANK-1C (red grain and red coleoptile; <i>R/Rc</i>), CS (red grain and white coleoptile; <i>R/rc</i>), NS67 (white grain and red coleoptile; <i>r/Rc</i>), and Norin 17 (white grain and white coleoptile; <i>r/rc</i>). <i>Actin </i>was used as an internal control.</table>
