NMR spectrum of the final product, tpy-PEG-PLeu. The polymerization degree of the peptide segment, that is, the molecular weight, and the fraction of the polymer chain having the tpy unit at the end in Table 1 were obtained by NMR measurements. The polydispersity index, Mw/Mn, was obtained by GPC measurements.
