Effect of the C/N ratio and nutrient limitation on the EPS production by S. degradans from glucose as C source. The strain was cultured on the basal medium (BM) and on the nutrients limited medium (NL) which contains only 50% of N, P, S, Mg, Fe, and Ca regarding the BM.
