<i>Ganoderma lucidum</i> Polysaccharide Enhanced the Antitumor Effects of 5-Fluorouracil against Gastric Cancer through Its Upregulation of NKG2D/MICA

<div>GLP directly enhanced the cytotoxicity of NK-92 cells. (a) GLP increased NK-92 cell cytotoxicity against BGC823 gastric cancer cells in a dose- and ratio-dependent manner. (b) CCK8 cell proliferation assay showed that 5-Fu had cytotoxic effects on BGC823 and SGC7901 gastric cancer cells.
