The theoretical calculation was performed for a Gaussian distribution of radii with mean of 7.3 nm and standard deviation of 2.6 nm, a concentration of 4.8 atoms/cm2 and a refractive index of the matrix of 1.46. The fittings were done using as “experimental” file the previously generated optical response and the initial parameters shown in Table 1.
