Comparison of cell proliferation between the parental 4T1 and three of its derivatives. 4T1 cells and its derivatives ((a) GFP-Luc; (b) C3; (c) C5) were seeded in 96-well plates and the proliferation was quantitated using the MTS assay on a daily basis for a period of 5 days. The values are means ± S.D. of three independent experiments.
