Cellular As accumulation. FaDu cells were exposed to 100 μM of arsenicals for 30 min. After washing 3 times in PBS, cells were harvested; cellular protein determined and As contents were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). Data are mean ± SE of 3 separate experiments.
