Knockdown of CCN1 in OE21 ESCC cells ( O E 2 C C N 1 ) reduces the level of 𝛽 -catenin. (a) Under a dual filter, the shRNA transfected cells display bright red fluorescence due to expression of RFP, while 𝛽 -catenin is identified in green by FITC-conjugated antibody. (b) In the same view under FITC filter, the shRNA transfected cells display low level of 𝛽 -catenin compared to nontransfected cells.
